This is the Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) for Making Waves volunteers participating in on-water programs nationally.

This SOP is a dynamic document that aims to standardise processes and procedures and will be updated and improved upon continuously. We have a fleet of 4 vessels nationally in different locations, the procedures within this document should acknowledge any differences between locations and vessels, and the corresponding procedure.
