Making Waves is expanding our Wright of Passage program to Geelong
Making Waves takes home the trophy at Sail Port Stephens!

A team of Making Waves volunteers participated in the Rough & Ready boat building competition at the Royal Geelong Yacht Club during the bi-annual Geelong Wooden Boat Festival.
We would like to extend a massive thank you to Autism on the Water ‘s Founder Murray Macdonald for joining us in a volunteering capacity for the last month (all the way from Scotland!).

The Newcastle crew had some special guests out recently as the Hunter DeafBlind Social group joined us for a Winds of Joy sail with their interpreters. A number of guests came from Sydney including Rodney, a MWF volunteer who met up with a long-lost school friend.

We are setting up Wright of Passage in Geelong to support disengaged and at-risk young people. Please help us and support these young people.
